This policy describes how Bridge Wireless Solutions Inc. (“Bridge Wireless”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information on this website. We provide mobile device lifecycle services, including procurement, logistics, configuration, repair, trade-in and buyback, secure data erasure, and device-management support. This policy covers the website. A separate agreement covers information we handle when we perform those services for a customer.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through this site.

• Contact form. Name, email address, phone number, company name, subject, and message. Subjects include sales, support, products, partnerships, and general questions.
• Job applications. Name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, a message, and a resume. Resumes must be PDF, DOC, or DOCX and no larger than 5 MB.
• Staff accounts. Name, email address, and a password for people we authorize to manage the site. Passwords are stored as a hash, not as plain text.

We do not ask you to create a public account, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the public pages. The admin area uses a session cookie so authorized staff stay signed in.

How we use information

• Reply to sales, support, product, and partnership enquiries.
• Review applications for roles listed on the Careers page.
• Keep a record of those messages in the admin area so our team can follow up.
• Protect the site and the admin area, including signing staff in and out.

If you later buy devices or use our lifecycle services, device details, shipping information, and data-erasure records are handled under that service agreement. Trade-in and buyback work includes secure erasure of data on the devices you send us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Enquiry and application details are visible to authorized Bridge Wireless staff. If email delivery is configured, a copy of a contact or application message is also sent to our contact address. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the site and the people who use it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and job applications for as long as we need them to respond, consider a role, and keep a business record. You can ask us to delete a message or application that we no longer need. Staff accounts are removed when that person should no longer sign in.

Security

Admin access requires a sign-in. Passwords are hashed. Resumes and enquiry records are stored for staff use and are not published on the public site.

Your requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact or application information you submitted. Email contact@bridgewireless.com or use the contact form. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also contact our Birmingham office about information we hold from this website.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date.
