What this website is for

The site describes our mobile device lifecycle services and the products we supply. That includes logistics, device configuration, kitting and repair, trade-in and buyback, secure data erasure, sales and procurement of new, certified pre-owned, and refurbished devices, accessories, and related support. Pages, product descriptions, and service summaries are general information. They are not a quote, an offer, or a promise that a particular device or service is available.

Services, products, and orders

A purchase, trade-in, repair, logistics job, or other engagement is governed by the quote, order, or service agreement we issue, not by the text on this website. Device condition, pricing, warranty, data erasure, and shipping terms are set out in that agreement. Certified pre-owned and refurbished devices are tested to the standard described in the agreement for that order.

Enquiries

The contact form lets you send a sales, support, product, partnership, or general message. Sending a message does not create a contract and does not reserve products or services. We may decline a request.

Careers

You may apply for a listed role by sending your details and a resume (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 5 MB). An application is not a job offer. We review applications for the roles we are hiring for and are not obliged to interview or hire every applicant.

Admin access

The admin area is only for people we authorize. You must not attempt to sign in, create an account, or change site content unless we have given you access. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or probe the site, uploading a resume or message that contains malware, sending unlawful or misleading content through a form, or copying the site in a way that suggests you are Bridge Wireless.
